Christmas Haul

Hey guys! Can you believe it’s almost Christmas??? Since we’ll be traveling to Texas on Christmas Eve & Christmas day, we decided to open presents over the 20th, 21st and the 22nd. I wanted to show you guys what I got! (Not to brag at all, but in thankfulness for the kindness and generosity of my family and friends!)

From My Parents

Daddy wanted Jehosheba and I to have some nice clothes, so he gave us some money and we went shopping! It was actually a lot of fun. We found a lot of great deals and got some awesome clothes!!!

I have like one pair of pants, and they’re white (I may not be the cleanest person ever). XD So I got two new pants. They are super comfortable.

I got four new shirts! Super excited! These will be sooo nice!

YAAAY!!! I’ve been wanting one of these forever. SO COMFORTABLE!!!

And this sweater is super lightweight and such a pretty color!

From Nana and Papa

Nana and Papa gave us each some money and asked us to pick out our gifts from Target. I found a TON of awesome stuff.

GUUYS! DRIED FRUIT FOR A GREAT PRICE! I got this with my sugar gliders in mind ‘cause they love fruit. I may have snagged a few pieces for myself. XD

A planner for 2021. I’m really excited about that as I hope to be much more organized and put together this coming year! I also got another journal! I go through them very fast! I love the quote on the front!

EEEP! AREN’T THOSE CARDS SO ADORABLE! I love the avocado ones!

More stuff for my babies! I’ll use the beads as decorations in their cage (they’re big enough that they won’t choke on them!). The balls are actually cat toys, but since they don’t have catnip, they’re safe. They rattle, so the sugar gliders will LOVE them!

A BACKPACK! GUYS. This is going to be SO helpful for the trip! (Especially since I have to drag along a HUGE bag of stuff for the sugar gliders – basically, the entire joey rejection kit, just in case something happens). I also got Crazy Aaron’s scented putty!!! SO FUN!!! I love that stuff and Target had it on sale for an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G price!  And the gum…uh, yeah. I know I shouldn’t have….but it looked so good. XD XD

My sweet friend and pen pal sent me this PERFECT shirt!!!! IT HAS MY SUGAR GLIDERS ON IT!!! I was so excited when I opened it and saw it!!!!!!

    lol I love gum! my bff and I arn’t/wern’t able to see eachother for 2 weeks so we each made boxes for the other person with small gifts to open everyother/every day ’til Christmas!!! 😀 I love the shirt! That’s so cute!!! 😀 Merry Christmas again!

      2. also technically i’m not allowed to chew gum…… (as my dr/dentist says:
        “as kids (girls especially) are growing their bones/muscles loosen up to grow and don’t tighten back up ’til their done with adolescence… (which is why there are so many middleschool/highschool sports injuries.) and my jaw has loosened up .. a lot… so whenever i chew gum (for a while it was whenever i opened my mouth. not kidding) you can hear my jaw pop from the other side of the room…. 😀 but i love gum… :D)

    I LOVE gum! The mint flavors are usually my go to. My jaw pops as well. Who knew! 😂

    I’m having a small Christmas at my home. I will be making a turkey dinner tonight. My oldest daughter and her husband will be here for dinner and we will exchange gifts. Tomorrow, I will put cinnamon rolls in the oven and enjoy watching my youngest daughter open her presents. Then, I will open gifts with my Man and enjoy the Christmas music. Maybe watch some movies and relax while eating leftover from the night before. My oldest daughter and son-in-law will stop by to say “hi” while they are out running around. On Christmas night, I like to take my youngest daughter to see Christmas lights, get hot chocolate and take some to my parents.

  4. Merry Christmas Eve! This is all so exciting, it sounds like you had TONS of fun! And the sugar glider shirt is ADORABLE! 😀 Yes, I love gum and clothes shopping 😉 We will be going to a Christmas Eve service together, then spending the day celebrating at home tomorrow and then going to my grandparents’ house Saturday to celebrate with my dad’s side of the family. We just got back from Arizona where we celebrated with my mom’s side of the family! We drove an RV Across the country and it was great! 😀 Have a Merry Christmas! ❤ ❤

  7. Awesome! I loved seeing this! I’m not sure I qualify as a clothes shopping lover, but once in awhile it is okay, lol.
    I’m planning on doing a Christmas Haul post (similar to this, lol) after Christmas. So far I have only opened gifts from one set of grandparents. From them I got a sweatshirt, a hat, markers, the movie Wonder, nail polish, a Hobby Lobby gift card and Keeper of the Lost Cities book 1. I was expecting to get all of that (they were a little bit extravagant this year). I am so thankful for the presents and the time spent with them!
    I’m not sure what I am getting from anyone else, though! I can’t wait to find out!
