Do you ever make a pie and then end up with extra raw pie crust? That happens to me like every time I make pie crusts. π But guess what? There are so many fun things that you can do with extra raw pie crust!!! π I was babysitting me lil siblings (last month) and food is a huge part of that whole thing. XD So I made them a treat. π It’s super easy to make and really yummy.
Cream Cheese Chocolate Roll
What you need:
- Leftover raw pie crust
- A package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Melt the chocolate and combine with the cream cheese. Set aside. Roll out the pie crust until it is thin. Cover it with the cream cheese mixture, leaving 1/4 inch around the edge. Roll the dough up like a cinnamon roll. Place the whole roll into a pan and bake for 18 minutes. Let it cool slightly before eating. π
