Hello, people! I’m alive, I promise. 😉 Wow, it’s been over two weeks since I posted anything at all! *gasps of shock* It feels great to be back, though! 🙂 😊 👍🏻
WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING IN MY ABSENCE? Uh, not a ton, actually. XD For the first part of January, I basically just wrote and listened to music. 😛 But we also had a couple fun things! 🙂
First….Nana, Papa, Uncle Grant and Cannon came for a visit!!!! ❤ It was SO great to see them all! I have missed them soooo much! They got to stay for a while and we had a lot of fun. ❤
Having two babies in the house at once was a lot of fun. Yoveil loved Cannon and kept following him around, patting him and playing with him! The little boys played together, too. SO CUTE!
We have our slide propped up against the back fence and the kids love climbing all over it.
Notice three things about this picture: 1. It’s January and the grass is still semi-green. 2. Everyone in the picture is either barefoot or in short sleeves. 3. IT LOOKS SO WARM!
We really enjoyed our time with everyone. We went shopping and ate and talked together. ❤
Sunday night (the 12th) Mama, Jehosheba, Dovid and I drove down to Atlanta and stayed the night in a hotel. We had to fly back to MN for orthodontic stuff. (Nana and Papa agreed to stay and babysit the rest of the kids while we were gone.)
Dovid was so happy when we got to the hotel. (He’d spent like 45 minutes CRYING himself to sleep). He just kept looking around and smiling.
We got up way early the next morning and got to the airport and boarded the plane. 🙂 It was Jehosheba’s first flight! 🙂 She took a bunch of videos to make Nahum dizzy. XD
We landed and got the rental car and then headed to IKEA for lunch! *Insert drooling here*
It was so weird being back in the Twin Cities! I enjoyed seeing all of the snow and the familiar buildings. 🙂
Jehosheba decided that she wanted to get her hair cut. 🙂 We went to a little hair cutting place and she and Mama both got their hair cut. 🙂 Isn’t she cute?!
We stopped at Panera for supper, dessert and a girl’s night (+ Dovid who kept trying to escape). We had hot coco and pastries for the second course of the meal. 😉 And we laughed REALLY hard! XD
The bread was SO good! Add butter and it was the best! Dovid kept grabbing the butter packets and squeezing them all over. XD
Tuesday morning we flew back to Atlanta.
We ended up getting back to Atlanta later than expected. We got some supper and then drove for a long time! (Stopping to grab ice cream, fries and coffee! XD) We got home pretty late, but everyone was still up waiting for us. Yoveil was SO CUTE. She hugged me and just clung onto me. I asked her if she missed me and she said, “YES! I’m so glad you’re home! Now I don’t have to worry about you leaving anymore!” AWWWW! And later she said, “I love you so much! I just – I love you so much! Don’t leave me again! You have to hold me forever!” ❤ ❤

Awwwwww!!! Yoveil and Dovid are adorable! My sisters think they are too old for hugs. I disagree. ☹️😆

2020 has been interesting. I love taking trips, but it almost never happens cuz my dad works nights for FedEx. Suuuuuper busy we are.

AHH, I love this post! All of the pictures were SO fun! Jehosheba’s haircut is really cute, and Dovid is ADORABLENESS!!!! Yoviel sounds like an awesome, fun little buddy. ❤ The pictures from the plane are really fun! i'm so glad you had a good trip. 🙂 Did you enjoy the plane ride?

Ohhhh! So fun! I really like going on planes. And taking trips. 😊 I’ve been on a plane to and from Hungary where we were missionaries. I’ve also gone to Belgium from Hungary and back.
