Healthy Edible Cookie Dough

I absolutely love cookies and cookie dough and Yoveil and I have made them a lot over the past year or so.

Edible Cookie Dough

1 cup of butter, softened

¼ cup of sugar

Sweetener to taste (I use Monk Fruit powder and liquid stevia mainly although we have Xylitol as well)

¼ of yogurt

1 tablespoon of vanilla

1 ½ cup of flour

A pinch of salt

½ a cup of mini chocolate chips

½ a cup of white chocolate chips

Cream together the butter, sugar and sweeteners. Add the yogurt and vanilla. Once mixed thoroughly, add flour and salt. Mix until combined. Add chocolate chips. AND EAT! 😉 This is SUPER easy to make and really good if you’re looking for low-sugar dessert recipes.

Note: this is really good chilled! Put it into the fridge for a while and then eat it cold. *heart eyes*
