I’ve Been Gone

*curls up in ball and attempts to not squish the computer in the process* Help me. Give me a drink that automatically puts me to sleep or something. *decides against that because I’m already so tired* Anybody have anything to kill a sugar-induced headache? No? Maybe I’ll just get a glass of water and stop rambling.

*ahem* Saturday evening, we all drove to the airport and Mama, Dovid, Baruch and I said goodbye to everyone else and we set off towards our new (hopefully) home state! We had decided that some of us would fly down and try to figure out the housing stuff. This was my first time (that I can actually remember) flying, so I was kind of nervous about everything. BUT IT WAS GREAT! The flight was so much fun and I enjoyed it a lot! It was cool to look down and see all of the city lights from above!

It was so strange traveling without most of my family! (But it wasn’t much quieter. Baruch and Dovid are amazingly loud….)

The next morning we got a big box of doughnuts and a rental car and drove like 3 hours. We spent the rest of that afternoon looking at a house and then we got supper and crashed at our little airbnb (and watched a movie!)

I found comfort in taking some pictures….

Monday we just looked at houses all day. And I ate way too much sugar….and ice cream that night….my body rebelled against me.

Tuesday we looked at a lot of houses! That night, we drove back 3 hours, so that we could be near the airport.

This morning we left the hotel and eventually made it to our plane and flew home (*sobs*). It was a fun little trip and I’m so glad that I got to go! Even if it went by way to fast! I was so happy to see my family, though! ❤ I MISSED YOU GUYS! 🙂
