Happy Purim!

Hello everyone! Today we are celebrating Purim! It is the Jewish celebration of how God saved the Jewish people from being annihilated by Haman’s plot. (We aren’t Jewish, by the way.) It is a really neat celebration! We read the story of Esther and eat….and eat….and read…and laugh….and eat more. Eating is a big part of any celebration. 😉 XD

We spent the afternoon making hamantaschen (a type of cookie) dough and fillings!!!! Yummy! They look really good. Sadly, SOMEONE (Hattush wants to remain anonymous XD) ate a bunch of cookie dough while she was making it and now that certain someone is slightly VERY FULL. (Hey, cookie dough is the best, right? Who agrees with me?)

I gotta get going but I just wanted to say HAPPY PURIM and enjoy spring!!!! Read the book of Esther everyone! It is really good!
